We discovered local roaster Orinoco Coffee and Tea while researching the best local coffee beans to offer in our new cafe. This family-owned small business comes from a long tradition of coffee, starting in 1909 with their great-grandfather in Venezuela until today, and includes four generations of growers, exporters, importers, and roasters.

All decaffeination processes are not created equal. The Swiss Water® Process is certified organic and uses only water, temperature, and time to gently remove caffeine, while preserving all the coffee’s original characteristics.
